What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Your experience starts by selecting your services and making your appointment using my online booking system . If I am unavailable, you have the option to join my waitlist. If you are unsure which service to select and would like me to guide you, please fill out my Digital Consultation Form. I will get back to you within 24 hours (sometimes almost instantly). You will receive a message back with the details of your appointment, which you should hold onto in case you need to reschedule for any reason. You will receive a text 72 hours before your appointment to confirm and one more reminder 24 hours before.
The Consultation
When you arrive, I will walk you through a consultation to plan out, not just your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all your goals are met. I have an array of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your color processes. I will create a cut and color customized for your face shape, complexion, lifestyle, and overall goals. We will go over styling tips and tricks so you can recreate your style at home. I'll wrap up your visit by sharing recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment.
